Welcome to the Lavenham Forum.
Lavenham Forum is an association of over 60 businesses and other organisations working together to maintain Lavenham’s position as a prestigious visitor destination.
What we do
- We encourage businesses to work more closely together through communication, exchange of ideas and occasional meetings to discuss topics of mutual interest affecting the village.
- We support events that bring visitors to the village by assisting with the publicity and organisation of these, if required.
- We promote the village generally by taking part in regional and national campaigns and maintaining an interesting and vibrant website.
- We also work with the Parish Council and other government bodies to improve the standard of visitor management, including parking arrangements, signage and visitor information.

The Committee meets regularly at the Swan Hotel. If there are issues you would like to see on the agenda for our meetings then please let one of the committee know.
